Product Description

Non-Newtonian foam is designed to absorb energy transfer when a round impacts your body armor plate, helping you stay in the fight. This advanced material is also used in motorcycle protective gear. Tacticon body armor trauma pads minimize injury to your body from back face deformation of the plate, such as broken ribs or other damage. Furthermore, our lightweight trauma pads enhance comfort and wearability by providing a cushioned barrier between you and your Tacticon AR500 / AR600 body armor plates.

Tacticon Trauma Pads Body Armor comes with a lifetime warranty. If you are shot while wearing the plate carrier and trauma pad, we will replace the plate carrier, plates, and trauma pad at no cost to you (police report required).

Warranty & Returns

Body armor warrantied up to 20 years (depending on armor type). If you’re shot while wearing the plate carrier and trauma pad, we will replace the plate carrier, plates, and trauma pad free of charge. (POLICE REPORT REQUIRED). Armor (i.e. plates) must be returned within a week of receiving it. Once body armor is purchased it may not be returned after 7 calendar days from receiving the product. This is to ensure the integrity of our armor was not compromised as it is meant to save lives. The return of body armor is subject to a 15% restocking fee due to inspections and QC testing upon our receipt of the return.
