Crafted from 500D Nylon, this carrier guarantees durability for everyday use and weather resistance. Double stitching in high-stress areas ensures that the carrier maintains its structural integrity under demanding conditions. Weighing in at just 2 lbs. 9 oz, the Battle Vest Elite is lightweight and comfortable, featuring an inner breathable mesh that fits snugly to the body. Integrated shoulder pads enhance load-bearing capabilities while minimizing the footprint compared to our original battle vest, ensuring less interference with your weapon system.
Our innovative Quick Release System includes four attachment points located on each shoulder and each side of the cummerbund. Simply pull the QD tabs firmly outward to quickly and easily remove the plate carrier from your body. The cummerbund showcases a skeletonized, fully adjustable design that accommodates users of various sizes. MOLLE attachments encircle the carrier, allowing for precise gear placement. Both the front and back of the carriers include Velcro across the MOLLE surface for secure integration of chest rigs and other hook-and-loop compatible gear items while maintaining compatibility with traditional MOLLE attachments.
The rear of the lightweight Battle Vest Elite plate carrier has been tailored to fit our new backpack, which features a removable panel that seamlessly interfaces with the hook-and-loop Velcro on the back of the carrier and the side buckles for an unmatched secure fit.

The laser-cut design offers an improvement over the traditional MOLLE grid by not only reducing weight but also increasing the strength and longevity of the plate carrier vest. With no sewn MOLLE loops, the risk of failure is minimized, and the likelihood of your accessories and equipment catching on the vest is significantly reduced.
The Battle Vest Lite lightweight plate carrier also features fully adjustable hypalon shoulder straps, hook-and-loop web sections for ID panels, and accommodates 8"x10" and 10"x12" ballistic plates.

This plate carrier accommodates ballistic plates ranging from compact 8"x10" to extra-large 11"x14" sizes. The adjustable Tacticon Battle Vest V1 cummerbund fits waist sizes from 38" to 48" and includes integrated side pockets suitable for side plates up to 6"x8".
Our plate carrier vest boasts fully adjustable shoulder straps, offering the option to remove the low-profile pads as needed. The breathable 3D mesh liner ensures wearer comfort and coolness, while MOLLE webbing covers all sides of the Battle Vest V1, enabling customization for various user setups such as combat, medical, or security. Furthermore, the vest features a built-in front map pocket with a secure snap closure, as well as side release buckles that can be used with or without the cummerbund, depending on preference.

Introducing the Battle Vest V2 plate carrier, packed with features typically found on high-priced carriers but offered at a fraction of the cost. The iconic skeletonized cummerbund provides unmatched breathability while maintaining a rigid inner lining for structural integrity when attaching gear to the MOLLE webbing. Both 10x12 plates can be comfortably housed in the front and back plate compartments, which utilize a breathable mesh material for added comfort.
The carrier's front panel features three integrated magazine pouches specifically designed for AR15 magazines. These pouches sit flush when not in use and will not obstruct any additional pouches you may wish to add to the front MOLLE panel. With fully adjustable shoulder straps and cummerbund, the carrier can be tailored to fit both small and large-framed individuals. MOLLE sections are present on the front, sides, and rear of the carrier, offering 360 degrees of attachment options.
Our shoulder straps also come with integrated cable management loops to accommodate your hydration and communication preferences. Additionally, this carrier includes a reinforced rear drag handle, ensuring you can quickly move a heavy teammate without compromising the carrier's structural integrity.
